Refund policy

 

It may happen that you change your mind and decide to return your ordered items after receiving them. If so, you have to notify us within 14 days after the order has reached its final destination by sending us an e-mail to info@blackbasic.eu. Please include your full name, your order Invoice number, and list the items you would like to return. If you miss the deadline specified in this clause, the return cannot be completed and will not be refunded. 

If you notify us within the deadline specified, we will give a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) on the condition that the items are sent back to us absolutely the same as you received them. The items have to be sent back within 14 days after we have received the notification from you. 

The refund will be returned to the credit card, bank account used to pay for the order within 14 days after receiving the items at our warehouse. If the items are not received in the same condition as you received them, a deduction can be made from your refund equal to the decrease of the value of the items.

The shipping expenses for returning an order are not covered by black:basic, and must be paid by you, as well as arranged by yourself. Please note that the items have to be shipped directly to us, and not a drop-off/collection point.
